As Executive HR Consultant and Director of Human Resources (CEO and CHRO), I provide executive leadership, coaching, training, consultancy and perform business management of finances and general business dealings. I understand the big picture through the lens of a visionary and strategic HR architect.
Throughout my career, connecting with diverse levels of organizational design and development, I understand and appreciate possibilities and potential of others’ unique talents and gifts. My hands-on ‘lead by example’ style fosters a culture of teamwork, shared mission and dedication. As a conservative risk taker, I reinvented myself several times – from New Jersey to Arizona and North Dakota, and London. Each change and challenge have given me opportunities to gain fresh insight, learn innovative skills, and meet interesting people.
